Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Conduct scenario planning for regulatory shifts and ethical AI governance frameworks
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation investments with long-term vision
- Present foresight insights to Fortune 500 clients and industry thought leadership forums
- Build proprietary forecasting models using predictive analytics and trend mapping
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping sessions for 2026-ready solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Foresight, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation consulting or corporate R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on technological convergence (IEEE, Nature Futures section)
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum supremacy, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, STEEP analysis, and scenario planning
