Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market evolution and societal trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, biointegration) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional scenario planning for disruptive market shifts and regulatory changes
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption curves and competitive landscape shifts
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough innovations with 2026 commercial viability
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies and digital sovereignty
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurist/foresight roles
- Proven track record in anticipating and capitalizing on tech disruptions (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Technology Foresight, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech patents, academic research, and venture capital trends
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or futurism journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on 2025+ technology roadmaps
