Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with market potential
- Design strategic frameworks for technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future solutions
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrated future-planning experience
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of developing and executing technology transformation programs
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional leadership
