Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (2026-2030) and synthesize insights into actionable strategic frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive tech adoption across healthcare, energy, and manufacturing sectors
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions using quantum AI and neuromorphic computing
- Present future-impact briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and lead a global network of futurist practitioners and academic collaborators
- Author thought leadership publications on technological singularity implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning within tech or consulting with proven foresight track record
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario-planning frameworks or technology roadmaps
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities for complex concepts
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS, CFS)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on tech disruption preparedness
