- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future tech priorities
- Conduct horizon scanning and produce trend reports for executive decision-making
- Design pilot programs for next-gen technologies with measurable ROI
- Represent the company at global tech forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling skills
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards
- PhD or Master's in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
