- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Collaborate with R&D to incubate next-generation product ecosystems
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and geopolitical impacts on innovation
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic adoption success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience scaling teams through hyper-growth technology transitions
