Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and assess their strategic impact on industry ecosystems
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype futuristic solutions for enterprise challenges
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and identify first-mover advantages in emerging markets
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen technologies
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to embed futuristic thinking across all business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years in tech strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful technology transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional strategic foresight with ability to articulate complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Experience scaling innovation frameworks in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, energy)
