Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing integration
- Partner with R&D teams to validate feasibility of emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities
- Author thought leadership reports on industry transformation trends
- Advose executive team on technology investment decisions and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AGI, neurotech, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published work in foresight journals or industry thought leadership platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
