Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with $1B+ market potential
- Design patentable systems for human-AI symbiotic workflows
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and national labs
- Guide ethical implementation of autonomous systems and neurotech
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Proven track record of launching AI/quantum products at scale
- Expertise in technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., Millennium Project)
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized breakthrough innovations
