- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps by analyzing emerging trends in AI, biotech, and quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and strategic inflection points
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and industry thought leaders at global forums
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI and risk assessment frameworks
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and technology researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech domains
- Exceptional presentation skills with TED Talks or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Ability to secure multi-million dollar innovation budgets
