Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough innovation)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on Fortune 500 roadmaps
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural architecture, and decentralized tech stacks
