Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech) to identify strategic opportunities through 2026+
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present visionary insights to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact analysis
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory frameworks affecting innovation landscapes
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for technological disruption and market adaptation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy (white papers, journals)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term tech adaptation strategies
- MSc/MBA or equivalent in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
