Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR) for market disruption potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions
- Develop future-proof business models and monetization strategies for next-gen innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to investors, board members, and industry thought leaders
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption and deployment
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global tech leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Track record of launching successful tech products with $50M+ market impact
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $10M
