Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of large-scale generative AI models, including fine-tuning and deployment of LLMs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer-facing products.
- Establish best practices for model evaluation, testing, and monitoring to ensure high reliability and safety.
- Research and prototype novel architectures to improve inference speed and cost-efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure AI outputs adhere to strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning or AI engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models.
- Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, AWS SageMaker).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning principles.
