Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous generative agents.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to reduce latency and increase throughput for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into core product suites.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, model validation, and ethical AI usage.
- Lead the technical roadmap for adopting 2026-ready AI frameworks and hardware accelerators.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor a team of talented machine learning engineers.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a specific focus on Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in fast-paced, innovative environments.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
