Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and communicate a compelling technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term strategic goals, specifically targeting key milestones by the year 2026.
- Lead Digital Transformation: Spearhead the integration of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) into core business processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to secure buy-in for large-scale technological initiatives.
- Future-Proofing: Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive technologies that could impact the business by 2026.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a world-class team of digital strategists and technical architects.
- Budget & Resource Allocation: Oversee the budget for R&D and technology implementation to ensure optimal ROI.
- Innovation Labs: Establish an internal incubator to prototype and test concepts for the future.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic executive role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing multi-year technology strategies.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of current and future tech trends relevant to the 2026 landscape (e.g., Generative AI, Automation).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and lead change in dynamic environments.
