- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (Web3, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure budget and resources for high-impact innovation projects.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure ethical AI deployment and data security.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or executive capacity.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and Digital Strategy.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
