Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Workforce Roadmap, integrating GenAI agents and autonomous workflows into daily operations.
- Lead the strategic implementation of hybrid work models, ensuring productivity and culture thrive in a distributed environment.
- Partner with C-Suite executives to identify high-impact AI use cases that drive measurable ROI.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Operations, Organizational Development, or Future of Work consulting.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI capabilities, LLMs, and their impact on enterprise operations.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional executive presence and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the US tech sector with a focus on scalability and innovation.
