You will be instrumental in shaping our long-term vision, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging trends, evaluate new technologies, and build a robust roadmap that drives growth and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to define the company's technology roadmap for the year 2026 and beyond.
- R&D Leadership: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Analytics) relevant to our industry.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Innovation Implementation: Oversee pilot programs and proof-of-concepts for future technologies to ensure they align with business goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on competitor technology stacks and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Resource Allocation: Guide the engineering and product teams in prioritizing resources based on the 2026 strategic direction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership roles.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing and executing long-term technology roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications: PMP or similar strategic leadership certifications are a plus.
