Responsibilities
- Architect and define the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning R&D efforts with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the research and development of next-gen AI solutions, including Large Language Models and predictive analytics.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) for potential integration.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure funding and resources for high-impact innovation projects.
- Establish a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping within the tech department.
- Manage a budget of $5M+ for technology initiatives and vendor partnerships.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior strategy or C-suite role.
- Deep technical background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering complex technical projects on time.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the US market with a strong network in the tech ecosystem.
