Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Lead the design and implementation of core architectural frameworks for next-generation AI and predictive analytics platforms.
- Roadmap Planning: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product line, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces, Edge AI) into our existing ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to the highest standards of data security, privacy, and industry compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role within high-growth tech environments.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, Java, or Go; extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Futuristic Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated experience or keen interest in AI/ML infrastructure, Edge Computing, and next-gen computing paradigms.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to drive change within a dynamic organization.
