Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive, 3-year strategic roadmap focused on emerging technologies, including AI, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives and pilot programs to validate new technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and executive leadership to align technical strategies with business goals.
- Talent Acquisition: Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and technologists.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and potential threats.
- Investment Strategy: Recommend budget allocations for R&D and technology acquisition.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in technology leadership, strategic planning, or R&D management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Infrastructure, and emerging tech landscapes.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
