Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic plan outlining key technological milestones, investments, and innovations required to achieve our 2026 vision.
- Predictive Analytics Leadership: Spearhead the integration of predictive AI models to forecast market trends, consumer behavior, and technological shifts up to 2026.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics, Next-Gen Web Protocols) to determine their viability for Aether Dynamics.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with key industry players, research institutions, and thought leaders to stay at the forefront of innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with C-Suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to translate high-level strategy into technical execution plans.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal innovation labs to prototype and test future technologies in a controlled environment before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership or executive management role.
- Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5+ years) and translate abstract concepts into concrete business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Proven track record of operating in fast-paced environments and pivoting strategies based on market data.
