- Market Intelligence: Analyze global trends in future tech to identify competitive advantages and new revenue streams.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Manage a cross-functional team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists, fostering a culture of radical innovation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Translate complex technical strategies into compelling narratives for investors, board members, and enterprise clients.
- Ethical Governance: Establish ethical frameworks and compliance standards for the deployment of advanced autonomous systems.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in leadership roles within high-tech or R&D sectors, with a proven track record of driving innovation.
