Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging tech trends (e.g., AGI, Spatial Computing) that align with business goals.
- AI Integration: Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI models to enhance product efficiency and user experience across all platforms.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a world-class team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with leading tech universities and research labs to stay ahead of the curve.
- Resource Allocation: Manage the budget for R&D initiatives, ensuring optimal investment in high-impact technologies.
- Change Management: Drive the organizational transformation required to adopt new technologies, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years specifically in AI Strategy or Future Tech development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is highly preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of machine learning architectures, LLMs, and emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing high-stakes projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
