Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of the company's technology roadmap through 2026.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) for potential integration.
- Define technical vision and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
- Oversee R&D initiatives and manage a budget for experimental technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation from concept to deployment.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and technology vendors.
- Present complex technical strategies to the C-Suite and board of directors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or product leadership.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives and delivering long-term technical roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging tech trends (AI, Quantum, etc.).
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
- Experience in the US market is highly preferred.
