Your mandate is to bridge the gap between futuristic innovation and executable business strategy, ensuring Horizon Global remains at the forefront of the industry.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Vision and comprehensive Roadmap.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (GenAI, Edge Computing, Biotech integration) for strategic business application.
- Lead cross-functional teams in R&D pilot programs focused on 2026 deliverables.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to align technology strategy with financial and operational goals.
- Establish partnerships with key tech innovators and research institutions.
- Oversee the digital transformation initiatives leading up to the 2026 transition.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Technology Leadership or CTO/CIO roles.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing large-scale digital transformation projects.
