Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic vision for operational infrastructure, integrating cutting-edge technologies such as AI and predictive analytics.
- Strategic Planning: Lead cross-functional teams to align technology investments with long-term business goals, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement efficiency improvements across departments, leveraging automation and data-driven decision-making.
- Technology Stewardship: Partner with C-Suite executives to evaluate emerging tech stacks and integrate them into our core operational ecosystem.
- Change Management: Spearhead organizational change initiatives to foster a culture of innovation and adaptability among staff.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of strategic initiatives and adjust course as necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic operations, technology management, or a related leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable operational strategies.
