As the Head of Year 2026 Planning, you will operate at the intersection of business intelligence, product vision, and executive leadership. You will be responsible for identifying emerging market trends, assessing competitive landscapes, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive strategy that positions us as an industry leader.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation of the comprehensive Year 2026 strategic plan, including specific goals, milestones, and KPIs.
- Roadmap Execution: Oversee the transition from the current roadmap to the 2026 vision, ensuring all departments are aligned and moving in the same direction.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of market shifts and technological advancements to anticipate future opportunities and threats.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex strategic initiatives to the C-Suite and Board of Directors, securing buy-in and resources for ambitious projects.
- Innovation Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation by championing new methodologies and technologies that will define the 2026 landscape.
- Crisis Management: Proactively identify potential strategic risks and develop contingency plans to ensure the 2026 vision remains achievable.

Qualifications
