Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in temperature-controlled warehouse environments
- Manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Safely load/unload freight from 53' trailers and intermodal containers
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance checks
- Train junior operators on OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless material flow
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (3+ years verified experience)
- OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certification required
- Proven experience in high-value electronics/pharmaceutical handling
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work 8-12 hour shifts
- RF scanner/WMS proficiency (SAP/JDA experience preferred)
- Zero-accident safety record in previous 3 years
- Nevada driver's license with clean MVR
