Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume order fulfillment with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate advanced warehouse automation systems (AMRs, robotic arms)
- Lead inventory optimization initiatives using proprietary software
- Mentor new associates on safety protocols and efficiency standards
- Participate in continuous improvement Kaizen events
- Maintain OSHA compliance and 5S workplace organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for peak operational performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/fulfillment experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand 10+ hours/day
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic data analysis skills for inventory reporting
- Spanish bilingual preferred for team coordination
