Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package customer orders using scanning systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock verification
- Optimize workflow by organizing and staging products for shipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals
- Report equipment malfunctions and workplace hazards promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid California driver's license (if operating PIT)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
