Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order fulfillment through precise picking, packing, and scanning operations
- Maintain inventory accuracy using RF scanners and proprietary warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) safely and responsibly
- Adhere to OSHA standards and Amazon's 5S workplace organization principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid PIT certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
