Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) with precision and safety compliance
- Manage inventory through accurate scanning, sorting, and stocking processes
- Optimize order fulfillment by picking, packing, and shipping products efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to Amazon's 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment issues and safety hazards promptly to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
