Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders using advanced barcode scanning systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) with precision and safety compliance
- Optimize inventory management through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Maintain impeccable warehouse cleanliness and organization standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily performance metrics
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA-certified forklift operation (or willingness to obtain certification)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Valid Florida driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends during peak seasons
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
