Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Process returns and damaged goods according to Amazon's guidelines
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with standing/walking for 8+ hours
- Valid government-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the US
- Reliable transportation to Toledo warehouse facility
