Responsibilities
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to move refrigerated/frozen products efficiently
- Perform inventory audits using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols in cold storage facilities
- Load/unload temperature-controlled trucks with proper pallet stacking
- Monitor and document cold storage temperature logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely order fulfillment
- Participate in monthly safety training drills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/cold storage experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly in cold environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to 24/5 rotating shifts
