Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and cold storage monitoring systems
- Execute FIFO inventory rotation with digital tracking accuracy
- Conduct daily safety inspections of refrigeration units and personal protective equipment
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products (food, pharmaceuticals) with strict compliance
- Document inventory movements using WMS platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless distribution operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or refrigerated warehouse experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Forklift certification (or ability to pass company training)
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Attention to detail for product quality control
