Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated warehouses
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in cold storage environments
- Inspect and document equipment functionality daily
- Follow HACCP and FDA safety protocols strictly
- Coordinate inventory management using WMS systems
- Perform sanitation and sanitation duties per company standards
- Train new hires on cold storage procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in 0-40°F environments for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
