Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain precise temperature/humidity controls in -20°F to 40°F environments
- Safely handle, palletize, and store refrigerated/frozen products
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and cold storage equipment with OSHA compliance
- Conduct daily inventory counts and quality control checks
- Adhere to HACCP, FDA, and GMP safety protocols
- Document temperature logs and operational data using digital systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or refrigerated warehouse experience
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work in -20°F environments for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper techniques
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
