Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature control in -20°F to 40°F environments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for efficient product movement
- Conduct rigorous quality checks and inventory audits
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using RF scanners
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Attention to detail in temperature-sensitive environments
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
