Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move refrigerated products efficiently
- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in storage areas
- Inspect and document facility equipment for operational compliance
- Adhere to strict food safety and OSHA safety protocols
- Perform inventory tracking and stock rotation procedures
- Sanitize storage areas and equipment following FDA standards
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless loading/unloading operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 0°F to 45°F
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
