Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive goods using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts using WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for cold environments
- Operate refrigeration equipment and report maintenance needs
- Sanitize work areas and equipment daily
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to industrial Denver location
