Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature monitoring and documentation for refrigerated zones
- Safely load/unload perishable goods using specialized equipment
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation systems with zero-error accuracy
- Adhere to HACCP protocols and OSHA safety regulations
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in sub-zero environments
- Collaborate with quality control teams for compliance audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years cold storage or refrigerated logistics experience
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certification
- Forklift certification with refrigerated environment endorsement
- Ability to work in -10°F to 40°F environments for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds consistently
