Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks within freezing temperatures.
- Manage inventory levels by accurately scanning and logging stock into the warehouse management system.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Organize and stack merchandise efficiently to maximize storage space and maintain a clean workspace.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and discrepancies before processing.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (temperatures between 10°F and 35°F).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, cold storage, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
