Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport pallets and merchandise within the cold storage facility.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock rotation (FIFO).
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and temperature control standards.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Perform routine cleaning and organization of the storage area to prevent spoilage.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (32°F and below).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
