Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature monitoring and documentation in cold storage environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely move refrigerated products
- Conduct quality inspections and inventory counts using WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in all operations
- Load/unload refrigerated trailers with proper stacking techniques
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or refrigerated warehouse experience
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Forklift certification (or ability to pass company training)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly in cold environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Flexibility to work evenings/nights during peak seasons
