Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperatures in -10°F to 40°F refrigerated environments
- Safely load/unload, sort, and stage perishable goods using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct quality inspections and document inventory control procedures
- Adhere to strict food safety and HACCP compliance standards
- Operate warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient logistics operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain (paid training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
