Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Load/unload shipments with precision and efficiency in a high-volume warehouse
- Maintain detailed inventory records and cycle counts using WMS technology
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions to prevent operational disruptions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and productivity
- Adhere to strict safety protocols while handling hazardous materials
- Maintain clean and organized staging areas and dock zones
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years of industrial forklift operation experience
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
