Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse settings
- Execute inventory management tasks using WMS systems and RF scanners
- Maintain precise material handling documentation and quality control logs
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company equipment standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient dock operations
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Minimum 2 years recent warehouse/forklift experience
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology and WMS platforms
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license preferred
